Vineyards Country Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Full-Time Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Club. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.

Position Overview:

As a Concierge, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members and guests, providing assistance, information, and personalized service to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
Provide information about Club amenities, events, and services.
Handle phone calls, reservations, and member requests efficiently.
Take reservations and cancellations for member events.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Perform administrative duties as required.
Anticipate member needs and deliver personalized service.

Schedule:

Full-time position.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
