Position Overview:
As a Concierge, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members and guests, providing assistance, information, and personalized service to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Provide information about Club amenities, events, and services.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and member requests efficiently.
- Take reservations and cancellations for member events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Anticipate member needs and deliver personalized service.
Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
