Vineyards Country Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Stretch Specialist (Independent Contractor) to provide high-quality assisted stretching services to our members. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to operate independently while delivering exceptional wellness services in a premier club environment.
Position Overview:
The Stretch Specialist will provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. This independent contractor role allows you to build your client base within the Club while maintaining control over your schedule and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior hands-on assisted stretching experience is required.
- Background in fitness, kinesiology, personal training, massage therapy, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, mobility, and flexibility techniques.
- Current certifications and/or licenses relevant to the field (as applicable).
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain).
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong client-focused approach.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
- Assess client needs and customize stretching programs accordingly.
- Educate members on flexibility, mobility, and recovery techniques.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented environment.
- Keep designated work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain appropriate client records and session documentation.
- Collaborate with the Club’s wellness and fitness team to enhance member experience.
Independent Contractor Structure:
- Operates as an independent contractor, not an employee of Vineyards Country Club.
- Responsible for managing own schedule, availability, and client appointments (in coordination with Club guidelines).
- Responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and certifications.
