Job Position: Hair Stylist

We are seeking a creative and experienced Hair Stylist to join our prestigious spa team. If you are passionate about hair styling and delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clientele in a sophisticated, serene setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform consultations and recommend styles, cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to each client
Execute precision haircuts, coloring (including balayage, highlights, and corrective color), styling, and finishing techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and salon area
Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up
Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Upsell retail products and additional services when appropriate
Collaborate with the team and support salon operations

Requirements:

Current Florida cosmetology license and continual maintenance of active license.
Experience at a day spa or resort spa desirable
2-3 years of experience as a practicing nail technician
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Portfolio of recent work (highly preferred)
